All intellectual property created, developed, or conceived by our internal staff, contractors, and consultants during company operations is owned exclusively by DSCHOLAR RESEARCH CONSULTANCY AND ANALYTICS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

• Proprietary research methodologies and analytical frameworks.
• Internal software tools, platform codes, and databases.
• Authorized internal use only; unauthorized replication is prohibited.
• Mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for all partners.

2.2 Client Ownership of Consultancy Deliverables

When we perform research consultancy or analytical projects on behalf of clients, all intellectual property rights related to the specific project deliverables are transferred to the client upon completion of services and full settlement of agreed fee terms.

Detailed terms regarding deliverable transfer, scope of work, and IP assignment process are governed by individual consultancy service agreements.

4.1 Trademarks & Infringement Enforcement

Our corporate name, logos, and service branding are valuable assets. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or logos without explicit management authorization is strictly prohibited. We actively enforce our IP rights against unauthorized usage or infringement through applicable legal remedies.
