A Streamlined Process for Individuals and Organizations
The consultancy process begins with a free online consultation. During the consultation, we discuss your requirements, objectives, challenges, expected outcomes, timelines, and any specific technical, research, analytical, or consultancy support you may need.
After understanding your requirements, DScholar prepares and provides a consultancy proposal for your consideration. The proposal may describe the proposed scope of work, project deliverables, methodology or approach, estimated timeline, consultancy fees, responsibilities of the parties, and other relevant terms. The proposal gives you an opportunity to understand what we intend to deliver before entering into a formal consultancy engagement.
Once the proposal is accepted, the company and the client enter into a Consultancy Agreement, which formally establishes the terms and conditions governing the engagement.
After the Consultancy Agreement is executed, the client makes the consultancy fee payment in accordance with the payment terms specified in the agreement. Payments may be processed through the payment methods made available by DScholar, including applicable online payment facilities.
Once required contractual and payment formalities are completed, DScholar begins work on the project. The client may be added to the relevant e-Workspace, where applicable, to facilitate direct communication.
After project work is completed, DScholar submits project outputs to the client for review and feedback. Where revisions are included within the agreed scope, the team makes applicable updates until deliverables meet satisfaction within agreement terms.
Once deliverables are finalized, DScholar formally completes the engagement by handing over final outcomes, providing supporting files, and issuing a Project Completion Certificate.
Following completion, DScholar requests feedback to evaluate quality of service, communication, responsiveness, and overall experience to continuously refine our service delivery.
