Through our integration of SureCart EU Helper, we comply with EU Consumer Rights regulations (including the June 2026 withdrawal button requirement).

Eligible EU customers purchasing service packages can directly submit a request for an order withdrawal or refund through their Customer Dashboard for recent eligible orders.

SpeedyCache & SpeedyCache Pro Integration

To reduce website load times and optimize user experience, our platform utilizes SpeedyCache / SpeedyCache Pro (by Softaculous Team) for page caching, asset minification, file compression, and local browser cache management.

Financial Information & Payments

We do not collect or store sensitive financial data (such as bank details, credit card numbers, or CVVs). Service fee payments are processed securely through trusted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways: SureCart, Razorpay, and PayPal.

LinkedIn Newsletter Policy

We do not collect email subscriptions or send direct email newsletters from our website. Our official publication updates, research highlights, and analytical insights are published externally via LinkedIn on The DScholar Research Bulletin. Subscriptions and privacy preferences for the bulletin are governed by LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Events Privacy

Information collected for workshops, webinars, or analytical events hosted through our website is used strictly for event administration and communication in adherence to our data protection standards.

8. Corporate Details & Contact Information

Legal Requests & Compliance

Subject access requests, queries regarding data rights, or EU order withdrawal requests can be submitted via email or mail. Requests are handled within 30 days (extendable for complex requests).

Note: We do not maintain a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO); all inquiries are managed directly by corporate executive management.
