3. Website & Proprietary Content Ownership

All content published on DSCHOLARRESEARCH.COM—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software code, UI designs, and site layouts—is the exclusive property of DScholar Research Consultancy and Analytics (OPC) Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Ownership of Client Materials & Manuscripts

DScholar acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of authors, researchers, institutions, and corporate clients:

• Original Manuscripts & Research Data: All original drafts, data points, experimental outputs, research ideas, and documents uploaded or provided by the Client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Client.
• No Claim to Authorship or Rights: DScholar asserts zero ownership, copyright, or moral rights over Client research, manuscripts, or data submitted for consultancy, editing, statistical analysis, or peer-review support.
• Limited Operational License: By submitting materials to DScholar, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely to access, view, edit, and analyze the files for the purpose of executing the agreed consultancy services.

5. Ownership of Consultancy Deliverables

Upon full payment of all agreed consultancy fees, the rights to custom project deliverables are allocated as follows:

5.1 Project Specific Work Product
Final edited manuscripts, custom statistical reports, tailored charts, and bespoke research summaries prepared explicitly for the Client belong to the Client upon full clearance of service fees.

5.2 Proprietary Methodology & Background IP
DScholar retains ownership over its pre-existing materials, internal templates, proprietary analytical models, code scripts, workflows, and background know-how (“Background IP”) utilized during the project. The Client receives a non-exclusive license to use such Background IP solely as integrated within the final deliverable.

6. Trademarks & Brand Identity

The names “DScholar”, “DScholar Research Consultancy”, logo marks, service marks, graphics, and trade names displayed on DSCHOLARRESEARCH.COM are registered or unregistered trademarks of DScholar Research Consultancy and Analytics (OPC) Private Limited.

Nothing contained on this website grants, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, service mark, or logo without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Intellectual Property & Copyright Infringement

DScholar respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Clients warrants that all materials, manuscripts, software code, images, and data provided to DScholar do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, or proprietary rights.

If you believe that any material or content hosted on DSCHOLARRESEARCH.COM infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send an immediate takedown request via our Contact us page with full legal verification details.

8. Client Warranty & Indemnification

The Client guarantees that they hold all required permissions, copyrights, or licenses for materials submitted for evaluation or editing. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DScholar against any legal claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from claims that Client-submitted materials infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

9 & 10. Governing Law & Policy Updates

Governing Law: This Intellectual Property Policy is governed by and construed under the laws of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957, Trademarks Act, 1999, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agartala, Tripura, India.

Policy Modifications: DScholar reserves the right to amend this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted to this page with an updated revision date.
