DScholar Research is expanding its digital operations and IT outsourcing services and seeking experienced freelance professionals capable of coordinating software implementations and digital workflow improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Workflow Transformation

1. Analyze existing business processes and identify workflow improvement opportunities.
2. Map current and proposed operational workflows.
3. Support digital process transformation and workflow optimization initiatives.
4. Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation plans.
5. Assist with automation using suitable business productivity and workflow tools.

Software Implementation & Coordination

1. Coordinate implementation of business software and SaaS applications.
2. Assist with requirements gathering, configuration planning, and implementation scheduling.
3. Coordinate data migration, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities.
4. Liaise with software vendors, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
5. Support end-user training and post-implementation handover.
6. Prepare implementation progress reports, issue logs, and project documentation.

Essential Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT implementation, business process improvement, or digital workflow projects.
3. Practical knowledge of SaaS platforms and business software implementation.
4. Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, testing, and user training.
5. Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
6. Ability to independently manage defined implementation deliverables.

Preferred Skills

1. Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow tools.
2. SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or CRM/ERP platforms.
3. Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies.
4. Experience delivering projects for international businesses.

1. Remote freelance project assignments.
