✅ Requirements:

Academic Qualification:

• PhD in the relevant subject.
• Strong academic background and experience in research or scholarly publishing.

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience with journal editorial processes and platforms such as OJS (Open Journal Systems).
• Proficiency in citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
• Understanding of plagiarism, publication ethics, and peer review management (COPE guidelines).

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent English writing and editing abilities.
• Experience in academic editing, reviewing, or managing journals.
• Capacity to manage timelines and coordinate with diverse stakeholders remotely.

• Oversee the editorial process for submitted manuscripts.
• Facilitate peer review and uphold editorial standards.
• Maintain ethical compliance and publication quality.
• Coordinate with authors, reviewers, and the DSCHOLAR PRESS team.
• Contribute to journal development, promotion, and indexing initiatives.
