💼 Role Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals who can help us expand our publishing network by connecting with authors, researchers, academic institutions, and organizations.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate book and journal publishing projects for our press.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach authors, academicians, institutions, and organizations
• Promote our book and journal publishing services
• Generate new publishing leads and convert them into projects
• Build long-term relationships with clients in the academic ecosystem
• Coordinate with our internal team for onboarding new projects

💰 Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based Role
• Earn 20% commission on every successful book or journal publishing project, paid on a monthly basis.
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

✅ Eligibility / Requirements

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Interest in academic publishing, research, or the education sector
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or academia is a plus (not mandatory)
