This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the services provided by DScholar Research Consultancy and Analytics (OPC) Private Limited. By availing of any of these services, you agree to the terms outlined below:
All fees for our services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
If you wish to cancel a project before it begins, a full refund will be provided, minus any administrative fees incurred. If cancellation occurs after the commencement of the project, no refund will be issued.
Clients may request revisions to the deliverables within a specified timeframe as per the consultancy agreement. No additional fees will be charged for revisions that fall within the agreed-upon scope. Requests for revisions outside this scope may incur additional charges.
DScholar reserves the right to terminate a consultancy project if the client fails to comply with the terms of the agreement. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
All sessions for online career counselling and guidance must be booked in advance and paid for at the time of booking.
More than 48 Hours Before Session:
Clients may cancel or reschedule their session more than 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. A full refund will be issued, or the payment can be applied to a future session.
Less than 48 Hours Before Session:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling within this period will incur a rescheduling fee.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
In the rare event that DScholar cancels a session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. General Provisions
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Refund & Cancellation Policy will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
DScholar reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through an announcement on our website.
